When the curtains rose on the Delhi Times Fashion Week 2024, the energy in the air was infectious. The event, spread over three days from 29 May to 31 May 2024, was held at The Grand, New Delhi.
The glamour-filled event featured a star-studded lineup of showstoppers including Chitrangada Singh and Sunny Leone, and collections from top fashion designers; the initiative of the Times of India Group proved to be a mesmerizing blend of innovation, glitz and style.

Day 1: A Banging Start
The event kicked off with the highest spirits on the first day, featuring a variety of designers who set the tone for the days to come. Zillinie opened the show with a stunning western wear collection with a contemporary twist for the trendsetting crowd.
Allie Sharma followed with a line that celebrated bold colours and intricate embroidery. The audience was captivated by Mayuri Mittal’s sustainable fashion choices that not only won the audience’s hearts but also vouched for the planet.
Sana Khan presented a luxurious wedding haute couture of Indian wedding wear and jewellery.
At the same time, Sumit Das Gupta, a Mumbai-based designer showcased an exclusive collection called- “The Rajputana Golden Heritage Collection of India”.

Rabani and Rakha closed the day with their signature designs exuding timeless elegance and sophistication leaving the audience in awe.
Day 2: Diversity and Innovation
Day 2 of the Delhi Times Fashion Week 2024 continued to impress the audience. Ravi Rajoria’s digital printed collection proves his mastery of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology.
In contrast, Shaneer Bassi’s menswear collection blended Italian and Indian couture. Ekta Akhouri’s bold use of colour and Kingshuk Bhaduri’s modern yet dramatic pieces were like a dream for the modern Indian Woman.
International designer Eli Bitton wowed the audience with his luxurious evening wear, and Prashant Majumdar’s urban chic designs were trendy and wearable.
Narendra Kumar’s streetwear-inspired line brought a fresh perspective to the runway and was a big hit amongst the audience.
Day 3: The Grand Finale
The final day of the fashion week was nothing short of astonishment. Ratna Jain opened the day with her collection- “Nurani”, created by amalgamating diverse weaves and embroidery techniques from across the country. On the other hand, Harsimran Sarai’s collection was a testament to the opulence and grandeur of Indian weddings.
Gaurav Gupta, known for his unique designs, did not disappoint with his latest collection that pushed the boundaries of fashion. Naveen Kumar’s sophisticated pieces and Shelly Dutta’s glamorous collection were unforgettable works of creativity.
International designer Susan Mantosh’s collection was a celebration of the Kantha embroidery. Rashmi Chhabra’s active lifestyle collection celebrates fitness and fashion for all ages.

Archana Kochhar closed the event with a show-stopping collection that pays homage to the timeless grace of Indian weaves.
Showstoppers and Models: The Stars on the Runway
Adding to the sheen of the event were the showstoppers. Chitrangada Singh, Urvashi Rautela, Mannara Chopra, and Sunny Leone graced the runway, bringing star power and glitter to the collections they showcased.

Their presence added an extra layer of wonder to the already electrifying atmosphere of the fashion week.
The models who walked the runway were no less impressive. Jack Kumaq, Kayma Deka, Shivane Bishnoi, Kavya Ahir, Deepti Gujral, Rajvi Brahmbhatt, Akhansha Choudhary, Aarti Randhawa, Prakruti Sharma, and Mannat Khanna are the names of some of the models who brought the designers’ visions to life with their grace and poise.
A Celebration of Fashion
The Delhi Times Fashion Week 2024 was an opulent celebration of fashion, displaying the talent and creativity of established and emerging designers. As the curtains fell and the hall got empty, one thing was clear: Delhi Times Fashion Week 2024 was undoubtedly a success!
